At this time, Guide & Grace ships within the United States only. We currently do not offer international shipping, but we hope to expand in the future. Thank you for your understanding and support.

All Guide & Grace items are handmade with care, and because of this, processing times may take a little longer than mass-produced items. We take the time to ensure each order meets our quality standards and is prepared with intention and care.

Orders typically ship within 5–12 business days, depending on the size and details of your order. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to see the status of your package and estimated delivery date.

If you haven’t received your tracking information within a few days of your order being marked shipped, or if you have any questions about your delivery, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to help.

How do I return an item?

We want you to love your purchase from Guide & Grace. If you need to return a physical item, please contact us within 7–14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition to be eligible for a return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Please note that digital downloads, printable items, and free resources are non-refundable due to the nature of digital products.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3–7 business days for us to inspect and process your return. After approval, refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your return is approved for store credit, it will be issued within 1–3 business days after processing.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original item following our return policy and place a new order for the item you want. This allows us to process orders quickly and ensure accurate inventory.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll be happy to help arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
